Deep East Texas.

When:  SATURDAY - APRIL 21, 2012

 

Schedule of Events:

    11:00 A.M. Cook’s Meeting                        Winners Announced At 5:00 P.M.

    12:00 P.M.   Start Calcutta Auction

    1:00 P.M.   Pinto Bean Judging

    2:00 P.M.   Rib Judging

    3:00 P.M.   Chicken Judging

    4:00 P.M.   Brisket Judging   ( Calcutta on Brisket )  

   

             Entry Fee for (3) Entry’s = $50.00 or All (4) = $60.00

                                    Must enter minimum of (3) categories  

    VFW Canteen will be open serving Beer, Wine Coolers and Soft Drinks. 

    There will be Pies & Cakes and other items to be auctioned. 

    Bring your cooking team & support the Trinity County VFW.
